Quick note

Creating a Fast and Simple Music Notation App I’ve started developing a pc app for quickly writing down music notes. After working on it for a few hours, I can already see that it will take a few more days before it's fully functional. I'll be adding features as I need them along the way. While searching for existing software, I couldn't find anything that met my needs for speed and ease of use. So, I decided to create my own app—focused on being a hassle-free way to jot down music notes on sheet music. The app will allow users to quickly input small pieces of melodies using a simple, intuitive keyboard layout. It will also include the option to display note names on the sheet or hide them, making it useful for both teaching and practicing. I plan to use this software on my laptop by the piano to jot down my music, which will save me from using paper. The Bud

The Bud. The hardest thing on making these soft tunes is staying awake while making them. I made a small tune, The Bud. Just something to listen to while I come up with more music ideas. As always, Enjoy. Listen on BandCamp The Bud is something like a seed. The bud is planted and who knows. It might grow to a tree.

Mystery Max

Mystery Here is something I wanted to do for a long time. I wanted to make a program to randomly generate notes and play them. I didn't make the program, but I did use the random features in my DAW to make this random tune. It did sound nice and properly something I will play around with some other day. Here is is the Random tune called Mystery . Enjoy

Live Show - Ankes Cafe - Southend UK

Today has been the hottest day of the year in the UK. I went to Southend early to enjoy the beach, shame the tide was out but I still made a nice day of it before I headed off to Ankes Cafe for the shows. I didn't have much planed as I been working on a new album which is taking up most of my time. I started up with playing with the oscillators then mixed it into something I setted up last year. This is in my view, my first Live outside gig. I did do a live gig last year but under sad times. Today was different. I was more relaxed and not too much brain fog as you get from doing a live show for the first time. The video is 15 mins long and I hope you enjoy the shows. Ankes Live Music Show July 18th 2024
